Speak Up Communication Lab
Culture isn't built offsite. It's built in the meetings you're already having.
The Speak Up Communication Lab is an in-person, embedded practice for managers and executives. Every engagement starts with three 90-minute sessions, held every other week. You don't hear about better meetings. You practice them.
The Lab is built on guided role-play. Leaders step into the real moments that shape culture: the meeting where no one speaks, the update that lands flat, the conversation everyone's avoiding. They try a new approach, get feedback, and run it again.
No performing. No being put on the spot. Just structured practice in a room where it's safe to get it wrong.
Between sessions, leaders take what they practiced into their own meetings. Then they come back and build on it.
Where it goes from there
Three sessions build the foundation. From there, the practice grows with your team: more sessions, more leaders, and eventually a communication rhythm built into how your organization meets.
